To then go to the restaurant with a view of the lake, where we will taste a local lunch (Quinoa soup as a starter and fried trout as a background with a side of rice, French fries and salad, in addition to hot infusions. Taquile was declared by UNESCO as "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity", Spinning and weaving are mainly done by men, who begin to perform this art from 8 years of age. Through these fabrics and clothing, the inhabitants of Taquile demonstrate their marital status, depending on the colors, sizes and mode of use.
