We will be preparing a ancestral recipe that has been passed onto many generations, it is very representative in the Caribbean Culture, also we will prepare a drink that it´s part of our history. You will learn how to prepare the fresh Coconut milk, and use locally produced ingredients to make this Recipe, it´s Rice & Beans with Chicken in a Caribbean Sauce, with Ripped Plantains a Green Salad. During the classes i will explain and give some insights of Puerto Viejo history, and many other aspects of the Afrocaribbean Culture, since the beginning of the town, and cultural highlights of the first habitants of these lands.
