• Adult and child fares are the same.
• The minimum number of participants for a joint tour is 4 adults.
  
• The number of people for a private tour is based on adults.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will individually notify you up to 2 days before the trip, and you can cancel or change to a private event.
• When joining a tour, the core day tour and the core goodbye check-out tour will be scheduled together. As a result, those who use the core day tour may be transferred to the hotel with the driver, excluding the guide, after the tour.
• For solo tours, schedule adjustments are possible, but for joined tours, schedule changes are not possible.
• When you book a check-out tour, you will be dropped off at the airport in a vehicle provided by the massage shop.
• Please pay the entrance fee to the guide in charge.
• Due to the night market being closed on Mondays or public holidays, the Skydeck Rooftop Bar will be used as a substitute.
• If additional charges arise, we will notify you separately.
• The event may be cancelled due to natural disasters, and individual notifications will be provided in the event that the event cannot be held.
• Partial refunds are not available in case of schedule changes or time reductions due to natural disasters, etc.
• If you are not at the pickup time and location provided or are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
• Please keep your valuables with you or be careful not to lose them.
• Please be sure to purchase individual travel insurance.
• Please bring receipts from local medical treatment, as injuries caused by personal negligence will be covered by travel insurance.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health (e.g. pre-existing conditions) or accidents caused by your own negligence.
• We are in charge of providing information about this free travel product, and the actual event is held through a local company.

• Cancellation Acceptance Criteria: Weekdays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Applications received after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
