At arrival, you will be guided through the different floors and divisions of the gym. Then we will find a harness and climbing shoes, and our instructors will give you a quick safety course in how to use the autobelay system and make sure that your climbing career gets a good start. The instructor will guide you until you are confident enough to continue on your own. Your arms will appreciate a break (or 3) in our café with coffe and a snack during your stay. You are free to stay until the gym closes, most people spend between 2-6 hours included breaks. Warning: climbing is addictive!
