24 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeYou will begin the first day of this two-day package with a pickup from your Marrakech hotel to the authentic south of Morocco, followed by a stop at the Tizi n'Tichka pass at 2,260 m. Then we will make a brief stop for a cup of coffee in the mountain peaks. After that, we will continue towards the Kasbah of Taourirt at the Ouarzazate pass through successive mountain villages. After arriving at the Kasbah of Taourirt, it will be time for lunch before boarding to discover the kasbah. Taourirt Kasbah is an exceptional building and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was built in the 19th century by the El Glaoui tribe. Then you will go to the desert camp in Zagora through the famous palm grove of the Draa valley. Once you arrive in Zagora, you will end your day with a 1-hour camel ride to the Zagora desert camp while admiring the sunset. After this, you will be back in the saddle of your camel to ride to the waiting transport where you will be taken back to Marrakech. On our return, we will have plenty of time to discover the Cinema Studio Atlas in Ouarzazate. It is the largest film studio in the world. Next, you will go to the historic Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, where you will discover one of the most famous places in Morocco. You will enjoy a delicious lunch there before setting off to explore the kasbah. Ait Benhaddou is a UNESCO heritage site and a preserved historic kasbah from the 11th century. It has also been used for the filming of various films such as The Mummy, Gladiator, Black Hawk Down, Lawrence of Arabia, The Message and the Game of Thrones series.
