It was great, made it very convenient for us, esp travelling with an infant. Driver was courteous and helpful.
Despite the chaotic events at the airport’s arrival hall and e-hailing area, our driver finally found us. The car hire customer service was very helpful to offer us timely assistance to locate the driver and vice versa. 👍🏻👍🏻

You will be added to a chat group 1day before the activity date, to confirm your activity information. Since this was an airport pickup, Tony was already waiting at arrivals with a named signboard. Tony was friendly and helped with our luggages. The ride to our hotel was also smooth. Electric Tesla picked us up. Tony could speak both English and Chinese. Thankfully, since we could speak chinese, it was easier for him as well. He also gave us some tips on where to visit.
