One of the top Greek sommeliers George Spyrou, will welcome you at our beautiful restaurant under the Acropolis with a first aperitif and a brief explanation of the wine map of Greece. The wine map features all major wine producing areas and the wine varieties of each one. After a small talk, the wine tasting experience begins, and Dimitris will introduce special greek wines from handpicked local wineries. Depending on the wine varieties, special dishes also from selected greek producers will help the participants have the full wine experience.The inspiration comes from the local greek cuisine. Participants have the chance to taste rare wine varieties such as Roditis, Limnio, Kidonitsa, Muscat, Augoustiatis, Mandilaras and many more carefully selected by the sommellier.
