Guidelines for Vehicle Selection Based on Passengers and Luggage

To ensure the correct vehicle selection during the booking process, the following guidelines should be applied based on both the number of passengers and the amount of luggage:

1. Sedan (1–2 passengers)

Recommended for 1 to 2 passengers
Suitable for up to 2 pieces of luggage (approx. 30 kg each)
If luggage exceeds this limit, a larger vehicle must be selected

2. Minivan (2–7 passengers)

Recommended for 2 to 7 passengers
Suitable for multiple medium-to-large suitcases (up to approximately 8 pieces of luggage of 30 kg each)
If luggage exceeds capacity, a minibus is required

3. Minibus (7–10 passengers)

Recommended for 7 to 12 passengers
Suitable for larger groups and up to approximately 10 or more suitcases of 30 kg each

If the selected vehicle is correct based on the number of passengers but the luggage capacity is exceeded, increasing the number of passengers will automatically adjust the vehicle type.

For example, if there are 2 passengers with 4 large suitcases, the system should automatically be adjusted to 4 passengers, which will then trigger a change from a sedan to a minivan.
