You will get a 2 our privat capoeira class (Individuals or groups) including warm up and stretching. Then we start with the fun part, Capoeira class for beginners or advanced.. Or if you are alredy a professional, we can work on your skills. After the trainig ( Teachers speaks basic english but there is a translater) you will get a lunch with a fresh fruit juce served in the camps restaurant, If you want you can spend the afternoon in the camp and hang out at the pool veranda.
