You’ll be making various types of sushi and kushikatsu which is a dish featuring fried and battered foods on skewers. Let Katsuji guide you to make the perfect dishes then enjoy them in a relaxing environment. Take home some special calligraphy hand drawn by Katsuji to remember the day forever.
