It’s a natural freshwater pool that’s so crystal clear that it’s easy to see the bottom and invites you to go for a refreshing swim. It’s the favourite among many Cabrera families due to how calm its waters are, allowing families with children to go for a relaxing swim without having to worry about waves.

Before it was the favorite destination of the Dominicans during the weekends and now it is surrounded by large hotel complexes. But it is still accessible to visitors, who come from afar to enjoy its transparent waters. Restaurants, bars and musicians enliven the central part. To be calmer, it is best to go in the afternoon. Pay special attention to currents and heavy swells in winter.
