Driver didnt want to turn on AC. Dropped me off 6 blocks away because the road is closed and didnt want to turn back to drop me closer. The driver didn’t soeak english, very hard to communicate
Driver pick up at the wrong spot, I need to drag my luggages to them, instead of them coming to me. Driver also yelling at me after taking out my luggage because he got wet because of rain. Will not use this service anymore
