Once your reservation is complete, your Menatours Agent will meet you at the airport right outside your gate, before passport control, with a sign bearing your name. Your Menatours Agent will then ask you for your passports and process your entry visas for you through the airport's expedited visa counter.

As soon as your visas are ready, your Agent will accompany you through passport control and help you with your luggage should you require assistance. Your vehicle and your Menatours driver will be waiting for you outside once you are ready to head out.
