• You must arrive at the massage shop 15 minutes before your reservation time to receive all prepared massage programs.
  
• If you do not arrive at the massage shop within 15 minutes of your scheduled reservation time on the same day, it will be treated as a NO-SHOW and no refund will be given.
• Please keep your valuables with you and be careful not to cause any safety accidents due to carelessness when using the product.
  
• Please be careful as you are responsible for any loss of valuables or safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
  
• We recommend that you purchase individual travel insurance prior to use.
• All options include tips in the rates, so you don't have to pay extra.
• A quick shower is available after the massage.
• We have a sauna & bathhouse for men, but if you wish to use it, an additional fee will be charged. (Payment of additional option)
• We provide product information, and product operations are carried out by local spa shops.

[Pregnant Women Policy]

• Pregnancy massage is available from the 4th month onwards.
• Our team of professional therapists have received training in prenatal massage and will gently massage you using aromatic oils to help with blood circulation and swelling.
  

[Children's Policy]

• Babysitting is not provided.
  
• For children who are not receiving massage, you can relax in the customer waiting area. Or, we will help you relax in the massage room as much as possible, but this may vary depending on the reservation status.
