You can choose to start the party early by stopping at the rum factory on the way to the ruins or opp to do it on your return. However you choose to do it; your experience will be memorable as you enjoy multiple tastings and samples of the different local rums, wines, brandy and much more. You’ll also do a short walking tour of the museum; were you'll learn the history of the factory and rum making in early and present Belize. * SPECIAL NOTE The rum factory is CLOSED on Sundays and certain Belizean public and bank holidays, and therefore we will substitute this stop with a full Belize City tour. You'll see both the north and south sides of Belize City, as well as learn and see the historic sites that serve as pillars of Belize's history. Feel free to stop and hop out to take pictures.
