Entry was fuss free - just gotta show the QR code. Kids love it!
Very bad experience with Pelago, the tickets were cancelled without notification. We were informed by the ticketing counter staff at the park when we arrived there and can’t enter the park. We spent one hour to communicate with pelago and ticketing staffs there, and eventually we have to buy a new park ticket to go into the park which seriously interrupted our trip plan and wasted our valuable time there as our itinerary was quite tight back to back
