Operator reached out the day before and managed to get everything in order for our trip to Ba Na Hills. It was a fuss free way to arrange transportation to and fro, and slightly cheaper than getting grab there and back.
Had a good experience with the call support and the driver. The customer service personnel, Lina, was quick to respond to our queries and helpful in being the communication bridge between us and the driver and the driver was accommodating to our time extension with reasonable fee.
