After arriving at Witch Craft Brew House in Shanyang Town, professional beer brewers will guide us and start the beer brewing workshop. At noon, we will rest and enjoy a feast with fermentation dishes. In the interval between steps, Joy will give a short presentation about fermentation, introducing beer culture and other fermented food. After the brewing workshop, we will leave the brewing house together. Every participant will receive self-made beer after one month.
