tour on the first or second day of your trip.

Yes, it is possible. If you let us know before booking, you can join or leave
at each destination. The meeting and drop-off points are as follows. Please
note that these are subject to change due to local circumstances.

- Shimonoseki: Karatoichibaogata Bus Senyo Parking Lot (Large bus parking lot
right next to Karato Market)

- Mojiko Retro: Mojikoretorobasu Parking Lot (10-minute walk from Mojiko
Station)

- Kokura: Parking lot right next to Kokura Castle Shiro Terrace

► Is the price the same for adults and minors?

The price is per seat, so it is the same for ages 5 and up. Since this tour
involves a fair amount of time spent in the vehicle, children must be at least
5 years old to ensure a comfortable environment. When traveling with children,
please bring proof of age, such as a passport, to verify their age on the day
of the tour.

► Is the booking confirmed immediately after payment?

It may take up to 3 days from the date of payment to receive confirmation.
Even after booking is confirmed, the tour may be canceled 7 days before your
travel date due to insufficient participants or other company circumstances.
In such cases, we will contact you directly to process a prompt cancellation
and full refund. Please note that if you book within 72 hours of the departure
time, there is a possibility of cancellation one day prior due to factors such
as reaching capacity.

► What time and where is lunch?

Lunch time is included within the 2 hours and 30 minutes spent in Mojiko, and
your tour guide will recommend places to eat on the way to Mojiko.

► Is it okay to book the tour on the day of arrival or departure?

The bus departs from Hakata Station promptly at 8:00 AM on the day of the
tour. Out of consideration for other travelers, we cannot wait if you are late
for the meeting time. Also, if you use this service on your departure day,
arrival times may be delayed depending on traffic conditions. We are not
responsible for any missed flights, so please exercise caution before booking.

► Is the tour guide Korean?

All tour guides are Korean.

► Is it okay to book separately even if I am traveling with a group?

It is fine to book separately. However, we would appreciate it if you could
include this information in the request section. If there is no such note,
there is a possibility that you may not be assigned to the same vehicle as
your group.

► Can I store luggage in the vehicle? Is there a limit per person?

There is a separate luggage compartment in the vehicle, so you can store your
bags, and there is no limit on the number of items. However, we cannot provide
compensation for damage or loss during transit.

Foldable strollers or wheelchairs can be stored in the vehicle. However,
please note that we cannot provide compensation for any damage or loss that

The tour allows for free time at every destination, so you can take as much
rest as you need. Many elderly travelers participate in this tour without any
difficulty.

► Can you make reservations for local restaurants?

Our Korean office, which handles inquiries, is unable to provide a local
restaurant reservation service. However, you may ask your tour guide on the
day of the trip, and they will be happy to assist you with local restaurant
reservations.

► Is pickup and drop-off at my accommodation available for this tour?

This product is a group tour, and boarding and drop-off are only available at
designated meeting points. Pickup or drop-off at your accommodation or other
specific locations is not possible. However, you may board or disembark at any
of the designated tour destinations.

► Does the tour proceed if it rains?

Unless there is heavy rain equivalent to a natural disaster, the tour will
proceed as scheduled.

► Can I eat food in the vehicle?

You may consume simple, odorless food. However, to avoid inconveniencing other
travelers, consuming smelly food (such as eggs, sandwiches, etc.) inside the
vehicle is not permitted.

► Can I pre-select my seat on the bus?

This product does not have a pre-assigned seating system. You are free to
choose your seat on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the tour.
If you have a preferred seat, we recommend arriving at the meeting point a

► Do I receive anything separately after booking?

There are no separate tickets or vouchers sent to you after your booking is
confirmed. On the day of the tour, we will verify your identity using your
name and contact information. Therefore, there are no documents you need to
prepare. Please bring proof of age, such as a passport, only if you are
