Within Jiangsu Province, the card is fully supported across public transportation (buses and subways) in all 13 prefecture-level cities.
What are the fare discounts when using the Jiangsu Transportation Card?
The Jiangsu Transportation Card is accepted across all 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province, with shared discount benefits available in Suzhou, Wuxi, and Changzhou.
Within Suzhou’s urban area, public transportation offers a 40% discount on bus fares, a 5% discount on metro fares, and a 30% discount on tram fares.
What should I do if the card is damaged?
If a Jiangsu Transportation Card issued in Suzhou, or any derivative card with the Jiangsu Transportation Card function, is damaged, the cardholder should bring the card to a Suzhou Citizen Card service outlet to apply for a replacement.If the damage is not caused by human factors and the card is still within the warranty period, it can be replaced free of charge.If the damage is due to human factors or the card is outside the warranty period, the cardholder must pay the cost of a new card.The balance on the original card can be transferred to the new card 30 days after the replacement process is completed.
