• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and assisted by a guardian when participating.

- A maximum of 3 amulets can be made at the same time. From the second one onwards, each amulet is available at a discounted price of 3,300 yen (1,100 yen discount).

• Additional payments can be made on-site in cash or by credit card.

※Additional creators can be requested on the day of booking, but may be refused depending on the availability of reservations. It is recommended to inform us when making the reservation in advance to ensure availability.

• The experience area is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Please remove your shoes at the bottom of the stairs on the left side of the entrance and then take the stairs to the 2nd floor. The stairs are quite steep, so please inform us in advance if you have mobility issues. There is no elevator.

• Individuals taking different language courses cannot experience them simultaneously; groups must book the same language service.

• No lateness allowed: Our experience will begin promptly at the scheduled time. The experience will commence only after all guests have arrived. Late arrivals will disrupt the experience, and those who fail to arrive at the scheduled time will be considered to have cancelled their experience for that day. If you get lost or may be late, please contact us before the start time of your experience.

• The remarks section cannot accept additional reservations.

• A complete replacement system is adopted, with entry 5 minutes before the start time. There is no waiting area inside the building.

• To prevent disputes, we do not accept cancellations by phone. Please cancel in person.
