Highlights

On this private tour you will spend a wonderful day. You will be brought into the famous TV series of Commissioner Montalbano. We will cross the east coast and go to see the fantastic Sicilian late Baroque. You will visit the city of Ragusa Ibla, the main location of the TV set which, thanks to the baroque wonders and the historic center of Ragusa, has been included by UNESCO among the world heritage sites. Visit of Punta Secca (Marinella in the TV series) where the famous house of Commissioner Montalbano is located.
Move in the direction of Scicli where the Vigata police station where Montalbano works is located. Last but not least is Modica, another glorious Baroque city and a UNESCO heritage site. Visit to the Church of San Giorgio and the beautiful facade of Palazzo Polara which appear in the TV series of Montalbano.
There will also be a typical Modica chocolate tasting.

  • Ragusa Ibla

    The tour will begin with a visit to Ragusa Ibla, the main venue of the TV set. The baroque wonders of Ragusa Ibla, the historic center of Ragusa, included by UNESCO as a world heritage site. You will then arrive in Punta Secca (Marinella in the TV series) where the famous Commissioner's house is located. Then we will proceed in the direction of Scicli.

    The police station of "Vigata" where Montalbano works is actually the municipality of Scicli.

  • Modica

    3 hoursAdmission Ticket Free
    Last but not least is Modica, another glorious Baroque city and a UNESCO heritage site. You can't miss the magnificent Church of San Giorgio and the beautiful facade of Palazzo Polara that appear in the TV series of Montalbano. Modica is also known for chocolate. Modica chocolate tasting.
