This experience takes approximately 90 minutes. You will start by making noodles from wheat flour. Taste four different types of soup (salt, soy sauce, chicken paitan, and pork soy sauce) and choose your favorite. After boiling the noodles, enjoy the highlight of ramen-making, the dramatic “yugiri” (draining the noodles)! Add your preferred toppings, and your very own original bowl of ramen will be complete.
