Part of the Viu Scream Dates initiative and presented by DBS Bank, Singapore’s largest (and only!) water music festival promises another unforgettable splash for festival goers. However, in the event of CAT 1 weather conditions, for the safety of our attendees, artistes, and staff, the festival will be temporarily halted until it’s safe to resume. Please note that in such circumstances, refunds will not be given. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

- The minimum age to attend the festival is 18 years old. Attendees may be required to show a valid photo ID at the entrance. Our festival security goes by DATE OF BIRTH so entrance is granted to anyone who turns 18 years old on 30 August 2025 and 31 August 2025 respectively.
- There will be no replacement for any lost/damaged wristbands.
- Re-entries are only allowed for Premium ticket holders.
- Strictly no refunds are allowed once tickets are sold.
- DBS Live Fresh Card includes DBS Live Fresh Card and DBS Live Fresh Student Card issued in Singapore.
- All DBS/POSB Cards include all Credit & Debit Cards issued by DBS Bank across all its markets
- All promotions are not applicable via mobile payments.

Waterbomb was great. The acts were all good, especially Minho and Taemin. The service staff (redemption counter, security, concession booths, general service) were all courteous and efficient. I'd gladly go to this event again

However, the trip turned out to be both exciting and rewarding. I would also like to express my special thanks to the staff at the Premium Drink counter on 31/8. I had accidentally dropped my phone near the area, and they were extremely helpful in keeping it safe and returning it to me within minutes. I truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency. The show itself was amazing, and the venue was perfect. I would be delighted to come again next year with Anson. Thank you once again.
