Your Italian cooking class with a local “mamma” takes place in the beautiful Viterbo countryside on the outskirts of Soriano nel Cimino. A small, undiscovered town nestled in the hills of Northern Lazio, just an hour north of Rome and close to the borders of Tuscany and Umbria. Here you will partake in a full-immersion cooking class using family recipes and taught by a home-town chef instructor. The menu you will prepare will give you the tools and recipes you need to create and then re-create at home, your wonderful and delicious Traditional, Family-Style Italian meal. You will have an amazing time as wine, food and fun will be in abundance!
