Cruises depart every hour at 00 and 30 minutes from 11:00 to 21:00. - The departure and arrival times of the first and last cruise may be subject to change.
- Depending on the situation, we may increase or use alternative cruises.
- The operation will continue if there is little rain.
- Due to ongoing construction, local events, and festivals, service may be suspended, and the operating period or course may be changed without prior notice.
- Please note that the service may be canceled due to weather conditions, sea conditions, tide levels, or any other factors that may affect the safety of our passengers and staff.
- The operating period is from January 1 to December 31.

The boarding reception is located next to the riverside entrance (the east side) of Don Quijote Dotonbori on the north bank of the Tombori River Walk promenade; the boarding area is right in front of the reception.
