I teach basic but authentic home-style Japanese Cuisine in this class. Let's enjoy cooking together. When you book this class, please choose "cooking menu from A,B,C or D as shown below. I will prepar ingredients beforehand. (ATTN: Only if you or your group is only attendee(s) on the day, you can choose your favorite menu. When another group also attend the same class, you may not be able to choose the menu.) All of menu is very popular and well-known in Japan. After enjoying the dishes we have made, we will have sake tasting time. Very unique and rare high quality of Sake distilled locally in Japan will be prepared. However, If you are not a fan of alcohol or not adult, we can change the activity to Japanese tea tasting or calligraphy experience. Actually, there are many kinds of Japanese Tea, not only Green tea in Japan. As for Calligraphy, you can write your name or Kanji by using Special brushes and ink. When you book, please let me know what activity you would like to choose. This activity will take about 2.5hours for cooking and 0.5hour for Sake(tea) tasting or calligraphy. At last, If you have food allergies, Let me know in advance. We can discuss our menus.
