Traffic going out and coming back to Tokyo was slow as US President Trump was in town. Overall great tour!
Itinerary schedule on Pelago is not reflective of actual day itinerary schedule, was not able to attend experience as the timing was an entire hour off. Support from Pelago is horrible no response and update since filing an update have been waiting for 9 days before sending this review in.
No regrets booking the Nikko day trip, as it would have been hard to bring our family out that far out of Tokyo if not for a tour. We were in good hands with Zachary who was humourous and bilingual in English and Mandarin, and the driver Mr Tanetaka who made it through the 48 sharp curves with skill and expertise. The weather turned quite chilly and foggy which made it a bit hard to see Kegon Falls, but we enjoyed taking photos of the leaves which were starting to turn red and orange around Lake Chuzenji.
