Suvarnabhumi Airport:

• Meet up point: please find your name at the arrival hall (2nd Floor) between Gate 3 and Gate 4. Our staff will be located opposite and next to Airport Information Counter
• Maximum waiting time: 120 minutes

Don Mueang Airport:

• Meeting point for International arrival flights is at Gate 5 arrival hall (1st Floor). Our staff will be waiting with your name board

  
  

• Meeting point for Domestic arrival flight is at Gate 11 arrival hall (1st Floor). Our staff will be waiting with your name board

Hotel Pickup:

• Please be at the hotel lobby or meet up point 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time
• Maximum waiting time: 30 minutes

• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

• In the case of a delayed flight, please contact CS immediately possibly 24 hours in advance (an overtime surcharge will apply)
