'Sukiyaki Kappo Hiyama' will present to you a refined world of Wagyu sukiyaki.
Inheriting traditional techniques and craftsmanship since the first year of
the Taisho era, we invite you to savor the rich, historical flavors of Wagyu
sukiyaki.
The artisan skills and spirit of hospitality nurtured in Ningyocho, Tokyo, are
now brought to you in Niseko.
Carefully selected ingredients grown in the rich nature of Hokkaido intertwine
with premium Wagyu to create a perfect symphony of flavors. Seasonal
ingredients are added to enhance the color and depth of the dishes.

- This package is only available for bookings of 2 or more people.

- If you do not arrive at the store 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- Minimum guarantee for private event booking: 3 million yen (excluding tax) *This can be negotiated separately for the period from April to November.
- Corkage fee for bringing your own alcohol: 10,000 yen per bottle (tax included).
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees will also apply to guests during peak season.
- For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate guests with severe allergies or those with the following dietary restrictions (no beef, vegan, or vegetarian).
- Age restriction: Reservations are only accepted for guests aged 10 and above.
