Highlights

In this experience, you will surf at Arpoador Beach, in Ipanema, choosing the best conditions of the day for your level. We will start with theoretical and practical instructions on the sand, covering the position on the board, paddling, dropping and safety rules. Then, we will go to the sea to apply what we have learned.


Arpoador Beach is famous for its consistent waves and spectacular views of the sunset, making the experience even more special. Get ready to have fun, learn and enjoy the natural beauty of Rio de Janeiro!

Itinerary

  • Escola de Surf Matrix

    The surfing venue will be Arpoador (Posto 7) in Ipanema, and all necessary equipment will be provided. On the sand, you will receive training on the sea, waves and how to use a surfboard. In the water, you will be introduced to the concepts of surfing, paddling, currents, entering the sea and reading the wave.
