Meet your guide by the sidewalk at Pier 33 outside of Alcatraz Cruises. You will be picked up in a black Mercedes sprinter van
You will receive an email with a QR code the day before your tour. This is your Alcatraz ticket. Please proceed directly to the boarding line with the ticket
