We pick you from your hotel and drive to a very lovely small village of Cappadocia called Ayvali. This local family who has a lovely terrace and a great view using their house also as a cooking class attelier given by the mother of the house. Our guide will translate all the words of her to you and you will be given the printed recipies. You will prepare all the food together like Turkish Ravioli, Yogurt Soup,  Wine leaves, dolmadis, Cheese pastry, salad and the apprict dessert.  Having lunch with the local family will be a privilige. We will drive you back to your hotel. En route we can stop at the local spice and food shops.
