Children under 12 must be accompanied to use this service.

There is no additional charge for using "Taiko no Yudono." The baths are available in 30-minute shifts, with extensions costing 315 yen (tax included) for every 10 minutes. Please note that elementary school students and infants are not permitted to use the baths. There is no extra fee if you leave and return to use the baths.

For groups, tour guides and drivers are free of charge.

When you arrive, open the usage screen using the link on the voucher. Then, press "Use" and show it to the staff.
*Please open the web page on your smartphone and make sure you are connected to the internet.
*It is not acceptable to use screenshots or physical printed copies.

When making a reservation, please include the following details in the travel agency’s special notes:
- Number of male and female participants
- Name and contact number of the tour conductor for the day
- Number of buses required

If there are changes in the number of participants on the day of the visit, please make a new reservation to accommodate the adjustments.

To use this service, guests with tattoos must cover them with stickers or tape.

Depending on the level of congestion, admission and usage may be limited.

This voucher cannot be combined with other coupons, complimentary tickets, or discounts.

Please note that our business hours may be subject to change due to weather conditions.

In case of stormy weather, we may cancel operations and won't compensate for travel expenses.
