Very happy with this Airport transfer service from Phu Quoc Airport to Premier Residences. My Scoot flight arrived at 5.20 pm. Affer clearing immigration, it was past 6.30 pm. My booking time stated 5.30 pm. The driver and his colleague waited and looked out for me with a sign tag bearing our names.

The booking process is easy. Communication with the transporter is easier and via whatsapp, their response is pretty fast. The boss will follow up your return trip from immigrant until your home country, make sure we all are safe.

Mai and the team from Kohala is super amazing and extremely helpful. Very honest too as I booked a higher rate for car pickup which Mai pointed out to me. Since it was a hassle to cancel and rebook, she basically just deduct it off from the subsequent car transfer. The customer service is definitely top notch. Pickup at airport was extremely smooth, communication via watsapp was quick and clear! And all the car transfers that we booked during our trip were prompt, efficient and clean!
