After purchasing the ticket and before using it, online reservation must be made for the limited express train, date, time, and seat. Seat reservations are unavailable 3:00 am–4:30 am every Tuesday (Japan time) due to system maintenance
Purchase Limit: A maximum of 8 tickets per order for Kansai Airport “Outbound” or “Return” tickets.
** Tickets within the same order must be used together on the same train
If a single order includes multiple travelers, tickets were previously issued separately. For purchases made on or after October 1, 2025, all tickets can now be used on the same device by swiping to the right. User guides: English, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Simplified Chinese

Best way to travel from Osaka airport to Namba. The booking process on Pelago was seamless, and redeeming the voucher was easy as well. Simply follow the link provided in the voucher to reserve your time. Once you've completed the reservation, you will receive a QR code that can be scanned at the ticket gate to board the Express Train Rapi:t.
Decided to try pre-purchasing the ticket rather than lining up to get at the location. Very simple to use and book. I liked that it gives me the allowance to change the train timing up to 1hr before the booking time (also dependant on whether there's vacancy on the train ). Definitely a good purchase.
Need to reserve seat by clicking on the link of the voucher before taking the train. Easy to redeem and the train service is fast and comfortable.
