Had to sit on the internal stairs the whole way. They said there would be another boat. Then there wasn't. People were sick from the heat . Oversold boat. It felt unsafe and i ended up leaving and had to buy a ticket to get safely back to venice. I approached the staff first snd she literally hissed at me. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE. It was not as advertised. I wrote to company and they font care. I was trewted like sea cargo, not a passenger. Just take a water bus to Murano. The demonstration is free there. Negative value added by this tour. Rip off!
