Visit Wat Pho and Wat Arun in Bangkok
Wat Pho and Wat Arun are two of the most prominent temples found in Bangkok. Both landmarks are must-sees for anyone exploring Bangkok.
Wat Pho is known as the “Reclining Buddha” Temple. As one of the largest temple complexes in the city, it’s famed for its huge reclining Buddha that is 46 metres long, covered in gold leaf.
Wat Arun ('Temple of Dawn') is partly made up of colourfully decorated spires and stands majestically over the water. A landmark temple on the west (Thonburi) bank of the Chao Phraya river. It’s easily one of the most stunning temples in Bangkok
ENTRANCE FEE FOR WAT PHO (THB 300 PER PERSON) AND WAT ARUN (THB 200 PER PERSON) ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID CASH ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR.

The tour of Wat Pho and Wat Arun with a local expert offers an unforgettable cultural experience in Bangkok. The boat ride across the Chao Phraya River was beautiful, providing scenic views. The guide's engaging personality added great energy to the tour, making the experience enjoyable and informative. Impressively, she even spoke some Greek, which created a welcoming atmosphere for me.
