• We would pick up at your hotel. Just 1 hour drive away from Prague, winery which is specialized with biodynamic production (the only Czech winery awarded with DEMETER biodynamic certification) is located. You will be welcomed here by local sommelier who will start the visit with a brief introduction of the winery and biodynamic wine production followed by a cellar tour and wine tasting in the winery.
• After this kick off we will bring you to the production part of the winery. Modern technologies combined with careful work with the hands and a true love of the craft produces high-quality wines. This organic production does not allow for the use of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides, instead they use naturally occurring substances for disease control. Here you can reveal the secret of biodynamic wine production in detail.
• We will finish our program at this winery with a visit of the vineyards, where is one of the greatest view at Kutná Hora city.
• Time to have a break and enjoy two course lunch in the historical centrum of Kutná hora. We choose traditional Czech restaurant to create your delicious gastronomic experience even more authentic. (Please let us know, if you are vegetarian!)
• Nice walk through the city center is just the right thing to do after lunch. On the way to our next spot, we will do a quick stop at the vineyards which belongs to this winery. Located right next to the cathedral, so very photogenic stop indeed. Why not to enjoy a glass of wine here?
• And finally, the dominant of Kutna Hora town visit – roman catholic Church of St. Barbara built in the style of Cathedral. We will explore this beauty from the inside as well of course.
• Our final stop is particularly unique. The cemetery church of all saints with the ossuary impressively decorated with human bones (remains of 60 000 people). Something breath taking for sure.
• After this stop, we will drive you back to your hotel in Prague.
