This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Join Diep and her mother Loc in the kitchen to learn how to prepare 2-3 dishes in a cooking demonstration. Because Diep has a small home and kitchen, your preparation of the meal may be limited but Diep will do her best to give you some hands-on experience and teach you to prepare her family recipes. The cooking experience will last about an hour before you gather with the family to enjoy the meal together. Diep and her mother may prepare some of your dishes in advance.
