Tour guide Ben is a fantastic guide. He is prompt, knowledgeable and tactful to handle all questions the tourists asked. He is also helpful in making arrangement should you face any issues during your time in Vietnam! Thank you Ben for the wonderful experience!

Perfect organisation, really good tour guide (thank you, Vi!)

Picked up promptly from hotel although it was out of city zone. Very informative guide that led us well throughout. Great experience although it was raining for part of it. The only grouse was the "shopping stop" by the lake.

Vi the tour guide very well versed in English. She is also very knowledgeable. The only thing I would suggest is to have a meeting point for all instead of hotel pick up because this requires at least an hour+ for those who hopper on the bus earlier.
