We would like you to feel the Japanese culture by cherishing your time while making tea in your busy life. Sitting in a real tatami room from Nabeshima tea shop (certified as a tangible cultural property). Our instructor will give you basic tips on how to brew Japanese tea with a Kyusu, you will be able to brew real Japanese tea by yourself. Select 3 types of tea leaves from 5 out list of different green tea (5 types of roasted green tea, and 5 types of blended tea). The instructor will explain to you how to brew each tea by using a specific pot for each tea leaf. You can enjoy not only the tea but also Takayama’s seasonal sweets.
