Pre-Departure: Reminder: Receive a reminder with instructions and the pick-up time a day before. Preparation: Be ready at the pick-up location at least 5 minutes before departure. Pick-Up: Shuttle Arrival: Meet your shuttle at Marmolada Cafe, 43 Camp Street, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand (Queenstown CBD), at 11am, 12pm, or 1pm daily (Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat). Greeting: Staff will check your booking confirmation and ensure you're ready for the ride. Transport: Comfortable Ride: Enjoy a smooth ride in our smaller-group shuttles. Scenic Route: Enjoy the beautiful scenery en route to Coronet Peak. Arrival at Coronet Peak: Drop-Off: Arrive at the main entrance, ready to access the snow. Playing in the Snow: Enjoy 1.5 hours of snow play—build a snowman, make a snow angel, and have snowball fun. Rent a sled for $20 from us direct if you’d like! 11am Trip: Snow time 11:30am-1pm. 12pm Trip: Snow time 12:30pm-2pm. 1pm Trip: Snow time 1:30pm-3pm. Return Trip: Return pickup is at the same location where you were dropped off at Coronet Peak: either the Coronet Top car park or beside the base building in the 5-minute loading zone, as directed by your driver. Be back before the agreed pickup time. If you are late, the shuttle may leave without you. We will try to call, but we cannot wait for late passengers and cannot guarantee contact if your phone is off. 11am Trip: Return at 1pm, back in town by 1:30pm. 12pm Trip: Return at 2pm, back in town by 2:30pm. 1pm Trip: Return at 3pm, back in town by 3:30pm. Return times may vary due to weather conditions. Drop-Off: Homeward Bound: We'll drop you off at the original pick-up location.
