For same-day cancellations of course reservations, 100% of the course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• Use of the private counter room (for 3–6 guests) requires an additional private room fee of ¥11,000.
• No private room fee is charged for table private rooms (for up to 5–10 guests).

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 72 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 72 hours before the date of selection.
