I had an absolutely memorable experience on the Great Ocean Road Small-Group Eco Tour with Go West Tours, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing tour guide, Alisha! From the very beginning, Alisha went out of her way to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. I really appreciated how she took the effort to remember the names and nationalities of all the tour group members, it created such a warm and inclusive atmosphere throughout the trip. Despite the cold and wet weather conditions, Alisha remained energetic, cheerful, and fully committed to giving us the best possible experience. You could genuinely see how much effort she put into making the tour enjoyable and memorable for everyone. Her positivity, professionalism, and passion never faded throughout the long journey. The Great Ocean Road itself was breathtaking, but Alisha’s enthusiasm and care truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend both this tour package and Alisha as a guide. Thank you for making this such a wonderful and unforgettable trip!
