Together we will make the dough with the best flour and yeast on the market. We will use only real and fresh smoked buffalo mozzarella for the pizza (never entered the refrigerator). I usually prefer Margherita, Margherita with Bolognese ragout, sausages and Friarielli, sausage and baked potatoes, potatoes and porcini mushrooms, parmigiana eggplants.
