It was well arranged and coordinated by the staff on site at arrival. The ride was comfortable. Will use again when flying in to Taipei.
Good and smooth. Driver is very friendly and get to our destination without any incidence.
Driver was punctual and friendly. The driver was also our "tour guide" from the airport to our accommodation destination, telling us all about Taiwan and answering all our queries we had. Good communication with instructions for arrival at the airport. Driver was patient with us when we needed to get some things done at the airport. The driver's car was clean and spacious.
Driver was waiting for us at the arrival hall just as advised. Waited about 1 min for the guide to bring us to the kerb side. Waited 30s before a VW van pulled up and 4 of us got in with 4 check in luggages and 1 hand carry suit case. Driver was efficient and got us to our hotel in good time.
