- Riders must have a good command of English for safety reasons
- A valid credit/debit card is required at check-in (a hold of up to $2,500 NZD may apply in case of damages)
- Quad biking is physically demanding; strength and build are safety considerations
- A safety briefing and quad bike training will be provided
- Riders may be denied participation or offered to ride pillion if deemed unsafe to ride independently
- Operates in all weather conditions – dress accordingly
- Free parking available at Tucker Beach option, but must notify operator in advance
