Very unprofessional. I paid premium for a mini-van tour expecting to see northern lights on a carefully chosen date. The guide (Angel, I am not sure how to spell his name) did not follow the instructions from the office and headed west. We did see some northern lights (faint grey-ish) after driving for about 45 minutes from Tromso. Angel was not a professional guide. He spent most of the time mumbling to himself or chatting with the two ladies in front seats. We spent most of the time in the mini-van waiting for the next northern lights but they did not come. Angel did take some pictures of us. He kept mentioning that it was -25, -27, -30 degree celcius outside. He kept decreasing the temperature although I was not sure how he obtained the number. Angel said that it was time to move to another place. He asked whether it was okay for us to skip the snack/drink stop and he would give us brownies in the end. We agreed. However, Angel drove right back to the office and ended the tour abruptly after 3 hours. I paid premium but the service felt basic. Angel could have explained his decisions better with the group. He was not good with communication; he was once shouting at us to move away from the street. He was rude. Again, the experience was far below the standard I was expecting.
