Before Your Makeup Appointment
*We recommend preparing reference photos of your preferred makeup and hairstyle in advance. This helps us better understand your expectations and create your ideal look.
*For hanbok hairstyles, updos, buns, or other intricate hairstyles with detailed styling, an additional fee may apply (starting from ₩50,000). The exact charge will be determined by the stylist after reviewing your reference photos. In some cases, no additional fee will be required.
*If you wear contact lenses, please put them on before your makeup.
*Shampoo service is not available. Please wash and completely dry your hair before arriving. Unwashed hair may affect the final hairstyle and could increase the risk of hair damage during styling.
*If you have recently undergone dermatological treatments or cosmetic procedures, we recommend waiting at least one week before your makeup appointment to achieve the best results.
*If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to provide the makeup service, and refunds will not be available. Please arrive on time.
*Makeup style focuses on natural, radiant Korean beauty looks and K-beauty celebrity-inspired makeup. This style differs from the more defined and dramatic makeup commonly seen in Chinese styles. Therefore, the final result may vary depending on your personal preferences and expectations.
We will do our best to adjust and balance noticeable facial asymmetry (such as uneven eyeliner or under-eye contour). However, dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference or subjective expectations cannot be accepted as a reason for a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

very poor customer service maybe due to the packed schedule on that day i visited. The location is not easy to find, even teh Uber could not find it and dropped us off at nearby for us to search. That caused us late by 15mins and the color analysis was removed from my package without offering options for me to go back other day or time slots. The quality of the make up was a little disappointed maybe due to communication difficulties. I told her about having natural and beige /brown color scheme but turn out to be pinkish color tone that don’t really suit me. My teen daughter was given a too mature make up look especially the eye lashes which I think the package I’ve spent at SGD348 for two persons were not satisfied.
Location: located right within Myeongdong shopping street so was very accessible if you stay in this area Service: very efficient, minimal waiting when we got there. Specialist spoke English and they provided charts for you to bring home with a summary of your colour analysis Areas for improvement: perhaps due to their high volume or high turnover of customers, the whole process felt a bit rushed? Wished it could have been a bit more personalised eg showing you what some make up brand palettes etc will suit you or to better understand your current style/ makeup and give actionable tips on how to tweak your style. Course A is a more basic colour analysis experience. If you want something more in depth probably have to choose the pricier package or explore other studios
